Software Engineer (WordPress)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins.

• Build responsive, mobile-friendly websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Work with PHP and MySQL to create dynamic content and custom functionalities.

• Implement SEO best practices and optimize site performance.

• Integrate third-party services and REST APIs.

• Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver high-quality UI/UX.

• Use Git or similar version control systems for project collaboration.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on WordPress development experience.

• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and WordPress core architecture.

• Experience with Custom Post Types, Hooks, Actions, and Filters.

• Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.

• Familiarity with Git and deployment processes.

• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code.
