Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential customers through LinkedIn, email outreach, industry portals, references, and online research.

• Build and maintain a high-quality database of prospects across India, US, and global markets.

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to generate interest.

• Qualify leads based on business needs, urgency, budgets, and decision-making timelines.

Sales Outreach & Coordination

• Schedule meetings, demos, and introductory calls for the sales leadership team.

• Maintain structured follow-up with prospects until they move into the sales funnel.

• Support creation of proposals, capability decks, and introductory presentations.

• Participate in initial requirement-gathering calls to understand customer needs.

Product & Industry Understanding

• Quickly learn and articulate OpenSpace’s offerings:

o AI/ML & automation

o DocGini (IDP platform)

o Web/Mobile App Development

o SmartRoots (Park District digital solutions)

o Cloud & DevOps services

• Understand customer pain points and map them to relevant solutions.

CRM & Reporting

• Update CRM tools daily with prospects, status, and follow-up actions.

• Share weekly reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (IT services preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong communication skills — spoken and written English is essential.

• Good understanding of technology or eagerness to learn.

• Comfortable with outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email communication.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

• Analytical mindset to research industries and target accounts.

• Highly self-driven, disciplined, and motivated to achieve monthly targets.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in IT Services or SaaS sales.

• Understanding of AI, OCR, mobile apps, or website technologies.

• Ability to create basic sales presentations or documents.

• Exposure to international lead generation.
